E-commerce fakes: Complaints decline 31% in FY21; this many registered with National Consumer Helpline

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution had notified the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules to protect customers from being cheated on the e-commerce platforms in July last year. Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal are currently the leading e-commerce marketplaces in India.
